Helpful Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. All balances are due at least 3 weeks prior to the desired event date. Should the event date be less than 3 weeks at the time of booking full payment is due and a rush fee will be incurred. Please note, Pep Styles Events reserves the right to add late fees for any balance not paid within the respective timeframe.
Each package has a minimum set up time allotted to ensure a beautiful turn out of your event, without rushing. Please confirm the time allotted for decoration and set up with your event coordinator at the time of booking the venue. Pep Styles Events will not be responsible for the additional costs required for decoration/set up. Additional fees will be incurred for inventory retrieval after 9:00 PM.
Pep Styles Events does not have a venue at this time to host events. We do have partners throughout the city of Indianapolis, so please let us know if you need assistance securing a venue. Pep Styles Events does travel within a certain mile radius for events. Travel costs will be added to the final invoice for services.
All tables and chairs must be provided by the client/venue location in good condition. Pep Styles Events will not decorate the event using broken, unstable, or damaged equipment.
Pep Styles Events is not responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents, etc. that occurs before/during/after your event. If any item provided by Pep Styles Events such as, but not limited to, table covers, chair covers, centerpieces, accessories, etc. are damaged, broken, or altered in any way before/during/after your event you, as the client, will be responsible for all costs to replace the item(s). An invoice will be sent for immediate payment.
You as the client agree to ensure the proper handling of all Pep Styles Events property throughout the duration of your event. Client agrees, by booking with Pep Styles Events, to sign a contract agreeing to all policies, rules, regulations, etc. provided by Pep Styles Events and if any portion of the contract is not adhered to you, as the client, will be responsible/liable for all outcomes.
Paying any portion of the invoice also serves as an agreement, acknowledgement and full responsibility/liability for all policies, rules, regulations, etc.
Pep Styles Events is not responsible for cleaning the venue space prior to or concluding your event. You, as the client, will be responsible for cleaning the venue, putting away tables/chairs, etc.
Pep Styles Events is released from all liabilities resulting in the misuse and/or mishandling of any one person, venue, event space, equipment, etc. Client assumes all responsibilities for the event space (indoor and outdoor), guest, patrons, etc. before/during/after the event.
